Campground Pizza
6 Pack english mufins \ 12-16 oz can flavored tomatoes or marinara \ 12 pack sliced provolone(sargento "deli style" is perfect) \ foil.
Split english muffins. Place cut side down on campgrate or skillet. I use a skillet that has 1.5" sides. Toast lightly. Flip over and top each piece with a spoonfull of the tomatoes and one slice of cheese. Make a tent with foil to cover and let "bake" until cheese melts. You can preheat the tomatoes if you wish, but normally I use them straight from the can. Toasting the inside of the muffin and then covering usually heats up the sauce through.
