Caesars Head State Park- Cleveland, South Carolina













False Cape State Park
Caesars Head offers a hawk watching program and this area of the Blue Ridge Escarpment ends in South Carolina with an abrupt drop of some 2,000 feet to the foothills below, where the state's Piedmont region begins.
False Cape State Park- Virginia Beach, Virginia







John James Audubon State Park
Vast numbers of migratory birds that stop along their journey. During this time when the waterfowl and other migratory birds are making their journey south, False Cape can become a birders paradise!
J.A. Skinner State Park- Hadley, Massachusetts






Lake Erie State Park
Hawk watching is popular in spring and fall, and like Wachusett, other species of birds can be seen migrating at the same time of year!
John James Audubon State Park- Henderson, Kentucky






Saylorville Lake
A mile away from the park is a wonderful heron rookery that also has a Bald Eagle's nest. The nest appeared in 2003 and young eagles have been successfully hatched every year. Foul weather is not a problem for birders at this park.
Lake Erie State Park- Brocton, New York






St.Vrain State Park
Lake Erie State Park is recognized as an excellent place for locating rare migratory birds following the lakes edge.
Saylorville Lake- Johnston, Iowa







































With over 300 avian species present of which 100 are nesting residents, every season renders something for all bird watchers, amateur to expert! Bald eagles, white pelicans, grassland birds, shorebirds and songbirds are numerous!
Wachusett Mountain State Reservation- Princeton, Massachusetts
With trees over 350 years old. It is in these surroundings that visitors can participate in the annual Hawk Watch, a guided activity for both casual and experienced birdwatchers. The Watch is an opportunity to observe these magnificent birds of prey from one of the best viewing locations in the state.
Devil's Lake State Park- Baraboo, Wisconsin
Oscar Scherer State Park- Osprey, Florida
St.Vrain State Park- Longmont, Colorado
